- This fine product is an imitation soy sauce. It is not naturally brewed. The flavor is slightly sweet and tangy with a hint of saltiness. The color is almost black and it has a pourable consistency. This product shall be free of rancid, bitter, musty, or other undesirable flavors or odors. The product shall be free of all types of foreign material as can be achieved through Good Manufacturing Practices. Does not exceed 7.5 % Sodium per 100 grams.
